Cancellations and refunds

Before course access begins

If paid access has not been activated or used, ask us to cancel the order. We will confirm whether a refund is due and the method and timing of repayment.

Digital course access

Where a consumer asks for digital content to begin during a statutory cancellation period, we will explain any required consent and how beginning access may affect cancellation rights. We do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Risk assessments

If you need to cancel a purchased assessment, tell us the job reference and whether survey work, assessor review or a site visit has started. We will confirm the work already completed, the agreed service scope and any applicable refund or remedy. A draft profile without a completed payment does not need a refund.

Rental Spa Logbook subscriptions

Manage or cancel future annual renewals through the Stripe billing link in your pool account, or contact us for help. Cancelling renewal keeps access through the paid period; it does not automatically refund a period already started. If you were charged in error, cannot access the paid service or have another concern, contact us with the pool reference and payment date. We will review the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Access or quality problems

If the portal, course, assessment or logbook does not work as described, tell us what happened and include the relevant course or pool, device and browser where possible. We will first try to restore access or provide a suitable remedy. Where that cannot be done within a reasonable time, we will consider an appropriate refund or other remedy.

Organisation bookings

Team, tailored and business bookings may have agreed cancellation terms on the quotation or invoice. Those specific terms apply alongside any rights that cannot be excluded.
