ACCESSIBILITY

Training designed to be usable

We aim to make the portal clear, keyboard-friendly and compatible with common assistive technologies.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Our approach

We work towards WCAG 2.2 AA as the practical standard for the portal. This includes clear headings, visible focus, labelled controls, keyboard operation, readable contrast, meaningful link text and support for reduced motion where appropriate.

Course formats

Uploaded presentation content, narration and third-party assessment forms can vary in accessibility. If any part of a course is difficult to use, contact us with the course and slide or assessment concerned. We will try to provide the information or an equivalent route in a suitable format.

Report a barrier

Tell us what you were trying to do, the page or course involved, the device and browser used, and any assistive technology. We will acknowledge the report and prioritise barriers that prevent course access or assessment.
