Will I receive a certificate?
When all required learning and assessments have been successfully completed, the certificate button becomes available in the learner portal. The certificate records completion of the named online training; it does not by itself demonstrate site-specific practical competence or a statutory appointment.
Can completed training be revisited?
Yes. Assigned course material remains available so learners can refresh their knowledge and refer back to practical guidance after completion.
What happens if I do not pass a knowledge check?
Learners are allowed one retest for a failed knowledge check. The portal records the assessment outcome and makes the next permitted action clear.
